How does pre-ordering work?
When you pre-order a product, you pay the full amount for the product to reserve it before it’s available. This way, you’re sure there’s stock that’s allotted just for you, and you receive the product as soon as it launches.
Estimated pre-order ship dates are indicated on all pre-order product pages and on your order receipt. Tracking info will be sent via email as soon as your order is packed and shipped.
If the original estimated ship date changes for any reason, you will receive an email from [email protected].
Making a purchase is convenient, safe, and secure. You can begin by creating an account, signing in, or checking out as a guest. Simply click the “Add to Cart” button and proceed to checkout.

Our ingredients are carefully sourced from various parts of the world. Our tea is masterfully blended by tea experts in Taiwan.
Our Taiwan partners have contract-farms from all over the world and conduct third-party inspections on each batch to ensure the quality of material resources.
It varies from 12 to 24 months from the manufacture date.
